RMK Mekatronik Anonim Şirketi, which has adopted the rule of law principle, operates with a good customer and human-centered management system; is aware of its responsibilities within the scope of other legislation regarding the privacy of private life and the protection of personal data.

In this respect, RMK Mekatronik Anonim Şirketi, which is the data controller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (Law No. 6698), fulfills its obligations under this law.

RELEVANT LEGISLATION

The right to demand the protection of personal data is a constitutional right. 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, numbered 2709, entitled “Privacy of Private Life”. In the article:

In addition to the relevant article of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the legislator has made regulations on the protection of personal data; In this regard, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 was published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016 and numbered 29677 and entered into force.

PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Processing of personal data pursuant to Law No. 6698: ‘Acquiring, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over personal data wholly or partially automatically or non-automatically provided that it is a part of any data recording system, means any operation performed on the data, such as making it accessible, classifying or preventing its use.

Processing of personal data is 5th of this Law. It is possible if at least one of the conditions listed in the article is present. According to this;

• Existence of the explicit consent of the person concerned,

• It is clearly stipulated in the laws,

• It is compulsory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or another person, who is unable to express his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally recognized,

• It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,

• It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,

• The person concerned has been made public by himself,

• Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,

• It is necessary to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

In case of existence of one of the conditions, it is possible to process the personal data of the person concerned.

PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data by RMK Mekatronik A.Ş pursuant to Article 4 of the Law No. 6698;

• Compliance with the law and honesty rules,

• Being accurate and up-to-date when necessary,

• Processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,

• Being connected, limited and restrained with the purpose for which they are processed,

• It can be processed within the framework of the principles of storage for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or stipulated in the relevant legislation.

LIGHTING OBLIGATION

As the data controller, RMK Mekatronik A.Ş is obliged to provide the following information to the person concerned, either personally or through the person authorized by it, during the acquisition of personal data within the framework of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698:

• Identity of the data controller and its representative, if any,

• For what purpose personal data will be processed,

• To whom and for what purpose personal data can be transferred,

• Method and legal reason for collecting personal data,

When the obligation to inform will be fulfilled:

In case personal data is obtained directly from the person concerned; Clarification is done during the acquisition of personal data.

In case the personal data is not obtained directly from the person concerned;

a) within a reasonable time from the receipt of the personal data,

b) In case the personal data will be used for communication with the person concerned, during the first communication

c) In case personal data is to be transferred, it is done at the latest when the personal data is transferred for the first time.

YOUR RIGHTS AS DATA SUBJECT
